Accreditation

On June 30, 2011, the Temple Terrace Police Department was awarded accreditation status through the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation, Inc.

The achievement of accreditation status is truly a landmark accomplishment in the department’s history and vividly represents the department's commitment to providing the highest quality law enforcement services possible.

Accreditation and Professional Standards are supervised by Sergeant Patricia Stanton. Sergeant Stanton is responsible for all accreditation mandates and all matters related to policy compliance by members of the department. She is also responsible for application screening and background check for all applicants.
