  1. Story Strong: Teen/Tween Virtual Comic Book Club

    Join us weekly on Zoom for a virtual teen graphic novel book club! Meeting ID and passcode will be emailed to you after registering at Hcplc.org/events. April's topic: families--from the hard to the sweet (and that annoying thing your baby brother's always doing! This week's readings include Swing it Sunny by Jennifer L. Holm, Stepping Stones by Lucy Knisley, and Long Way Down by Jason Reynolds. Story Strong is a collaboration between the School of Information University of South Florida’s Responsive Librarianship Group and the Temple Terrace Public Library. Teens will enjoy interactive and lively on-line discussions about books while engaging with members of the community to discover resources for critical help and support.
